If you said yes to any of the above, then consider joining the PMI SWOC Mentoring Program today.
The 2008 Mentoring Program is a calendar year program that kicks off in March.
If you are interested an application form must be filled in for the
SWOC_-_ApplicationForMentors_2007 and the
SWOC_-_ApplicationForMentees_2007 for the matching process.
At the beginning of the year you will be matched with a mentor or mentee and will be asked to attend a kick-off session in January. This half day session will be an opportunity for the partners to meet and learn about boundaries for the mentor/mentee relationship. The session will give you all the tools you need to get started, manage expectations and closeout the program when the timing is right.
