Newsletter Advertising Requirements
  • Ads must be related in some way to Project Management.
  • Ads must be submitted 4 weeks prior to publication. For example ads for the end of March edition must be received no later than March 1. 
  • Same schedule applies for payment associated with each advertisement.  Invoices must be submitted to VP Finance. VP Finance should confirm payment 2 weeks prior to publication at latest.
  • All newsletter-related inquiries should be directed to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
  • Available space is limited.  Advertisements will be included on a first-come-first-served basis. Limited to maximum 5 ads per edition.
  • The PMI newsletter editor will determine the placement of all advertisements in the newsletter.
  • Ads must be submitted electronically in a format compatible with Microsoft Word.
  • Acceptable picture formats are Bitmap (.bmp), Tagged Image Format (.tif), JPEG Picture Format (.jpg), Graphics Interchange Format (.gif), and Photoshop Format (.pdx).
  • Advertisements will appear only in the PMI SWOC Chapter newsletter.
  • The SWOC PMI Chapter Board and the VP Communications retain the right to refuse any advertisement.
