This presentation focuses on how to effectively lead and turnaround your projects to successfully manage risks and project changes to bring about planned outcomes, and avoid failure. As well as provide Leadership and Change Management Strategies as tools you can use to achieve greater project success. 

Professional Profile: Yvonne Ruke Akpoveta

Yvonne is Change Consultant, Speaker, Author and Leadership Coach working with individuals and organisations to implement change, drive results and achieve their goals.  

She is an experienced Management Consultant, Certified PRINCE2 Project Manager and Organisational Change Management Consultant, as well as a certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Speaker & Teacher on Leadership principles. She holds a BSc honours in Business Information Technology & Marketing, and an MBA with Warwick Business School, England.

Yvonne is multifaceted, having worked with a variety of clients including JP Morgan Chase, Loblaw, GM, Royal Bank Canada, Phillips Consulting, Deloitte & Touché, and British Telecom to deliver strategic and business critical projects. During her time with these organisations, she led major projects, pioneered change, and gained invaluable experience in developing individuals and businesses to help them drive results.

While at JP Morgan Chase, she started her career as project manager, and was subsequently promoted into management where she was responsible for leading project managers and quality assurance analysts. In addition, her international experience in Europe, Africa and North America has afforded her exposure to diverse business environments and a proficiency in thinking outside the box.

She is an Inspirational and 'Tell it like it is' speaker, who is passionate about enabling individuals, entrepreneurs, and organisations excel. As a writer, she frequently contributes articles to a variety of online blogs and print publications worldwide.
