She has held senior project and program management roles at notable organizations, including Rogers Communications, TD Bank, and CIBC. At Rogers, she managed the transition of the enterprise network portfolio to IT, while at TD, she was responsible for designing and implementing credit risk models and leading governance and risk management programs. At CIBC, Christine served as an Agile coach and senior project manager, leading the development of technology projects within the PMO. Throughout her career, she has specialized in Microsoft 365 deployments, agile transformations, and AI-driven business solutions, driving digital transformation and change management initiatives.
